The first written trace of the Groirie dates back to the fifteenth century.
It was a small agricultural domain and in the seventeenth century, the new owners “ Famille de la Rivière” transformed it into a château.
After a very long sleep, the park and garden are undergoing a huge transformation, recreation of forward designs, new planting a vegetable garden and a rose garden.

Ideally situated at less than an hour from Paris, near Le Mans is found a typical eighteenth-century château, La Groirie. Here is found a furnished château and an extensive Park.
The château is open for visits from July to September and also all year for receptions and business conferences.
